💳 Requesting a Refund for Your Trucker Path Subscription
We understand how important it is to resolve billing concerns quickly. Here's how you can request a refund, depending on where you originally subscribed—Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
📱 iOS (Apple App Store)
Note: Trucker Path cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases, as all payments are handled directly by Apple.
To request a refund from the Apple App Store:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in using your Apple ID
- Locate Trucker Path in your purchase history
- Click Report a Problem
- From the dropdown menu, choose “Didn't mean to purchase this item”
Apple typically reviews and responds to refund requests within 48 hours.

🤖 Android (Google Play Store)
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you can cancel your subscription and request a refund through Google.
To Cancel Your Subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Trucker Path
- Tap Cancel subscription
To Request a Refund:
- Visit play.google.com
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner
- Select Payments & subscriptions → Budget and order history
- Find your Trucker Path order and click Report a problem
- Choose the issue that best describes your situation
- Complete the form and mention you are requesting a refund
- Click Submit
Google’s review process usually takes 1–14 days.
