How to join the Carrier Network
Mobile
- When completing your profile information, you will see that the Carrier Verification Status at the bottom is still unverified. All blanks must be filled before you can proceed to the next steps.
- On the second step, you will need to confirm key information. Fill in your Email, Phone Number, DOT#/MC# & legal name.
You will then need to upload 3 documents:
- Operating Authority
- W9 Form
- Insurance Certificates (Forms include BMC-91 or BMC-91X, BMC-34 or BMC-83, BMC-84 or BMC-85, BOC-3, MCS-90)
Desktop
You can also complete verification through the Truck Loads Carrier website.
- Under 'My Account', there will be a section for Carrier Verification.
- Just like the mobile version, enter all the necessary information and upload documents.
