Overview

Trucker Path bills fleets based on the number of driver seats and operator seats in use.

• Driver seats are for drivers using Trucker Path Navigation

• Operator seats are for admins/dispatchers managing the fleet

Your fleet will either be billed by monthly invoice or by credit card inside NAV PRO. Seat-based billing functions the same, but management tools differ depending on your billing type.

Driver Seats vs. Operator Seats

Driver Seats

• Billed per active navigation user

• Rate is shown in your contract or subscription

• Example: “260 Drivers @ $12 each”

Operator Seats

• Billed per admin/dispatcher managing routes or drivers

• Listed separately on invoices or subscription details

If Your Fleet Pays by Invoice

How Billing Works

• You receive a monthly invoice showing:

  • Driver seat charges

  • Operator seat charges

  • Service dates

  • Total amount due

Seat Assignment

• No manual assignment needed

• Each time you add a driver, a subscription seat is automatically assigned and will appear on your next invoice

NAV PRO Access for Invoice Accounts

Invoice-billed fleets do not have access to:

• Subscription settings

• Assign Subscriptions

• Billing tab

All billing is handled through your monthly invoice.

If Your Fleet Pays by Credit Card (Subscription & Billing in NAV PRO)

Update Your Subscription

NAV PRO → Subscription & Billing → Subscription → Update Subscription

Use this to:

• Add driver seats

• Change your plan

• Update payment information

Assign Seats (Required for Credit Card Accounts Only)

NAV PRO → Subscription & Billing → Assign Subscriptions

Use this to:

• Assign seats to drivers

• Reassign seats as needed

Invoice-billed fleets do not use this feature.

View Billing History

NAV PRO → Subscription & Billing → Billing

Use this to:

• View past charges

• Download invoices/receipts

• Verify billing dates and seat counts

Invoice customers do not have access to this tab.
