IFTA Reports

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to automate your IFTA filings using the Trucker Path command, saving you time and effort.

Step 1: Open the Command dashboard and click on the IFTA Reporting module.

Step 2: Adjust your Company Settings and Account Settings. Make sure to input your base jurisdiction, account number EIN, and IFTA signing authority.

Step 3: Navigate to the Mile Management tab. Here, you're able to import all miles driven by your trucks directly from your associated ELD.

Step 4: Insert your fuel expenses in the Fuel Expense tab. This will show how much money you've spent on gas or diesel during a specific time period.

Step 5: Go to the IFTA Reports tab to view a report for each quarter.

Step 6: From here, you have the option to view the report, download it directly, or click on Continue to generate specific parts of the report.

Step 7: Download a PDF to see what the report looks like from an Excel standpoint.

By following these steps, you'll be able to generate IFTA reports quickly and efficiently.
