ELD Integration Guide

In this article, you'll learn how to sync your driver locations and their Hours of Service (HOS) information into the Trucker Path NAV PRO Dashboard.

 

Step 1: Begin by clicking on the More tab in the upper right hand corner, then select eld

Step 2: You'll be directed to a page displaying a list of all our integrated partners and major ELD providers. Locate your ELD provider and click on Add Account.

Step 3: You'll be prompted to enter an API token generated from your specific ELD provider. Log into their platform and generate an API key as per their instructions. If you need further guidance, click on how to get an API Token at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: After generating your API token, input it into the API Token field and click Submit. A success message will appear, and the data will sync within two to 20 minutes.

Step 5: Once the sync is complete, you'll see the number of current drivers and trucks that have not been integrated. To match these with your Trucker Path account, click on the Drivers tab.

Step 6: Use the To Connect tab to link Trucker Path drivers to their associated ELD profile. Find the driver you wish to connect, then click on Connect Driver and Command. This allows you to search for the appropriate driver to connect to that ELD profile.

Step 7: After selecting the driver, click Save. The driver will now appear in the Connected tab.

Step 8: You're also able to import assets from your connected eld. On the To Connect tab, select the trucks or trailers you want to import into the NAV PRO system, or select all and click Connect.

Step 9: Once connected, you can associate these trucks with specific driver profiles. On the Trucks tab, locate the truck you want to connect.

Step 10: Edit this page and assign it to a Specific Driver account within Trucker Path, then click Save.

Step 11: Once connected, new assigned routes will appear as scheduled if they're sent over and assigned to the driver via ELD or Truck. You'll also be able to track each individual driver's location and view their ELD HOS information.

Note: The system syncs approximately every five minutes.
