Adding an Operator:

Log into your account:
- Begin by logging into your Trucker Path Fleet Navigation Portal using your administrator credentials.

Navigate to the User Permissions:
- Once logged in, locate the More tab in the main navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Click on More and select User Permissions from the dropdown menu.

Access the Add Operators Screen:
- In the User Permissions section, look towards the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on the Add Operators button.

Enter Operator Details:
- A form will appear, prompting you to enter the following details for the new operator:
- Email Address: Input the operator's email address. This will be used for login and notifications.
- Phone Number: Enter the operator's contact number.
- Name: Fill in the operator's full name.

Terminal Assignment (Optional): If applicable, assign the operator to be in charge of a specific terminal.
- A form will appear, prompting you to enter the following details for the new operator:

Add Multiple Operators (Optional):
- If you need to add more than one operator, use the Add New button to bring up additional entry fields.
- Repeat the process of entering details for each additional operator.

Save the Operators:
- Once all necessary details are entered, click the Save button.
- A verification email will be sent to the email address provided for each new operator.
Removing an Operator:

Locate the Operator's Profile:
- In the User Permissions section, find the profile of the operator you wish to remove.
- In the User Permissions section, find the profile of the operator you wish to remove.

Initiate Removal Process:
- To the right of the operator's profile, click on the ellipsis (three dots) to open a menu of options.
- To the right of the operator's profile, click on the ellipsis (three dots) to open a menu of options.

Delete the Operator:
- From the menu, select Delete to remove the operator.
- Once deleted, the operator's login credentials will be deactivated, and they will no longer have access to the fleet portal.
