Create Groups in NavPro

Creating a New Group:

1. Log in to NavPro (or Command):

   • Begin by logging into your Trucker Path Fleet Navigation Portal using your administrator credentials.
     
     

2. Navigate to the Groups Section:

   • Once logged in, access the "Drivers" tab from the main navigation bar.
   • Click on "Drivers" and then select "Group" from the options.
     
     

3. Access the Add Group Screen:

   • In the Groups section, look towards the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
   • Click on the "Add Group" button.
     
     

4. Enter the Group Name:

   • A form will appear, prompting you to enter the name of the group you want to create.
   • Enter the desired group name in the provided field.
     
     

5. Add Drivers to the Group:

   • To add drivers to your group, click the "Add Driver" button.
   • A list of available drivers will appear.
   • Select the drivers you want to add by checking the box next to each driver's profile.
   • After selecting the drivers, click "Add" to include them in the group.
     
     

6. Review Added Drivers:

   • The selected drivers' profiles will now be listed at the bottom of the page, showing all drivers assigned to the group.
     
     

Setting Permissions and Routing Profiles:

1. Assign Driver Permissions:

   • Use the "Permissions" tab to assign a specific profile for the drivers in the group.
   • Select the appropriate profile by clicking the bubble next to it.
     
     

2. Set Routing Profiles:

   • Routing profiles dictate the parameters that will guide all drivers in the group.
   • To set the default routing profile, toggle the switch on the right-hand side.
   • You can also add more profile options by selecting additional checkboxes on the right.
   • These options will be available for drivers within the app.
     
     

3. Save the Group:

   • After configuring the desired settings, press "Save" to create the group with the selected drivers and profiles.
