Log into your account

Begin by entering your login credentials on the platform. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard where you can access all of your tools and features.

Access the Message Center

To start messaging, click on the message center icon located in the top right corner of your screen. 

View All Conversations

On the left side of the message center, you’ll see a list of all your ongoing conversations with drivers. This gives you a clear overview of everyone you’ve been communicating with recently. Search or click into a recent conversation to start or resume the conversation.

See Your Current Conversation

On the right side, you’ll find the active conversation with your selected driver. This area will display the entire message thread, making it easy to follow the conversation history and continue where you left off.

Send a Message

To send a message, type your message, upload audio, or an image using the bar at the bottom of the screen. For example, you might send something simple like, “Hey, where are you?” or some related paperwork or images.

When ready click the paper airplane to send the message!
