Drivers: Reporting a Map Issue

 

 

 

If you notice something on the road that doesn’t match what’s displayed on the map, you can report it to help improve the app for other users.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Reporting Issues

 

1. Reporting from the Planned Route Overview

 

When viewing your planned route, look for the exclamation point icon on the screen.

Click the icon to open a list of reporting options.

Select the issue you’d like to report, such as incorrect road conditions or missing details.

Once submitted, our system will notify other users navigating the same road about the issue.

 

2. Reporting During Turn-by-Turn Navigation

 

While using turn-by-turn navigation, locate the exclamation point icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

Click the icon to report road conditions or map issues while driving.

 

3. Providing Additional Context

 

For some issues, the system may ask for additional information to better assist in resolving the problem.

Provide the necessary details to ensure the issue is handled effectively.

 

4. Impact of Reporting

 

Your reports improve map accuracy and reliability for all users.

The more reports submitted, the better the system becomes for everyone. Your contributions matter!
